What size are the booths?
Booths are 10’ x 10’ but can be joined to create larger spaces. We have a limited number of 5’x10’ booths and Tabletops exhibits.
What are the show colors?
Drape colors are green, maroon, gold, and white. Carpet color is green.
Does the booth come with any furnishings or electrical service?
No. All furnishings including carpet, chairs, tables, wastebaskets, can be rented through our Official Customer Service Contractor, Square 1 Creative, from the SE Petro Store (open Nov. 1). The aisles of the exhibition hall will be carpeted. You can login through your Map Your Show Exhibitor Resource Center to access the SE Petro Store when it opens Nov. 1. You will also order electric service from Checklist in your Exhibitor Resource Center. If you do not have your Map Your Show login, contact Shannon Cox at scox@ncpcm.org.
Will there be any lead retrieval systems at the show?
Yes. Show Data Solutions will provide lead retrieval services. Ordering details and pricing will be available in the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) beginning November 1.
Will there be a list of attendees available?
If you would like a complete list of the people that visited your booth, you will need to use the lead retrieval system, which is available through Show Data. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to send an email to all attendees pre and post trade show. We will provide a list following the show, but it will not contain phone numbers or email addresses due to privacy concerns.
I don’t want to exhibit, but would like to walk the floor to visit with potential customers.
If you are a vendor (have a product or service to sell to our buyer attendees), you may attend the show as a sponsor. Request sponsor information from scox@ncpcm.org. You will have basically the same benefits as an exhibitor minus the booth space.
What is included in my exhibitor contract?
You will receive up to 10 badges per 10’x10’ booth (additional badges are $50 each), pipe and drape in show colors for your booth, high speed wireless Internet service, ID sign for your booth. Electric service or furniture IS NOT included. You must order electric from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. You can do this from your Map Your Show Exhibitor Dashboard.
How many buyers attend the show?
Typically, 1600-1700+
How many exhibitors attend the show?
Approximately 400-500+ companies exhibit at the show with approximately 2700 reps in attendance over the 2-day show.
